We are looking to hire Account Managers to work directly with our customers to ensure that they are delighted with our first solution, are utilizing it in an optimized fashion, and will look for opportunities to sell additional products and services. You will form long-lasting relationships with our hospital customers and will be the single point of contact and take responsibility for all the customers in a geographic territory.
Account Managers have direct contact and work collaboratively with, our technical teams, implementation team, sales team and senior leadership. Also, as a fast-growing startup, there’s no such thing as a normal day as we constantly adapt to more hospitals, more features and new products. All of this happens in our beautiful, light-filled loft workspace right in the heart of Chinatown, Washington, DC, where our bright, hard-working team works in a casual dress environment that encourages communication, collaboration and socialization.
Desired Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will be very attentive to detail, possess superior written and verbal communication skills and will be able to gracefully balance multiple priorities simultaneously. Previous experience as an Account Manager in the healthcare, or another field, is strongly desirable.
